  • This integration uses Open CTI, and is supported in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions of Salesforce.
  • Requires configuration within Salesforce call centre and UC Client
  • This integration must be used in Salesforce Lightning Experience, and users need to be logged in to Salesforce and have it running to use this integration.
  • Due to a limitation of the API, when searching the Address Book by Contact name, the Telephone number is not returned.
  • Due to a limitation of the API, only the Contact Name, Telephone number and ID (to pop the contact) are shown on the Preview Window.
