Bullhorns position is they are only happy to allow 3rd party developer (i.e. this integration) access with client consent. This consent is committed upon the client providing the Soap API to the developer. In the event we need Bullhorns assistance to complete the installation, the customer will need to raise the ticket on Bullhorn.
In addition, the Bullhorn Corprate Edition integration may be affected by the Bullhorn Limited API access which limits the Bullhorn API usage. Novo version also supported. When call activity is available and enabled, call logs can only be saved against a contact or candidate, not a company.
Mandatory remote installation required.
