v3 Products: The method of integration we use for HubSpot is to periodically (daily/hourly) 'cache' the contact data which would then be available to identify the caller. This 'cached' contact data is used to identify callers therefore would not be 'live' data. (If you are unsure if your product is v3, please contact your account manager.) Please note, Click to Dial will only work from the Contacts List view. Clipboard Dialling is the preffered method of dialling when the Contacts record is opened. From the 15th July 2022 it will no longer be possible to generate in HubSpot the API key needed for our current integration to authenticate a user, and from the 30th November 2022, all customers will no longer have access to API Keys. A new version of the integration is available to work with Private Apps/Access Keys. Please ask your account manager for more information on how to get this.
