v3 Products: The method of integration we use for HubSpot is to periodically (daily/hourly) 'cache' the contact data which would then be available to identify the caller. This 'cached' contact data is used to identify callers therefore would not be 'live' data. (If you are unsure if your product is v3, please contact your account manager.) Please note, Click to Dial will only work from the Contacts List view. Clipboard Dialling is the preffered method of dialling when the Contacts record is opened.
