Zoho CRM API access is required to be enabled on the users account profile.
The Zoho API has limits, as detailed here: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/api-limits.html Therefore, on high usage sites it is recommended that the Zoho addin is configured to use ‘Cache'.
Cannot be used in conjuction with the Zoho Phonebridge Add-in. Users must use either the Zoho Phonebridge Addin or the Zoho CRM Addin.
Please note: the Zoho Indian domain is now supported.
